There's no free plan on the business side — every business starts on Standard ($119.99/mo, 250 pitches) or Plus ($139.99/mo, 300 pitches + analytics). You can cancel anytime and we never take a commission on any deal you close. Free tiers exist on the creator side (Channel Free, $0/mo).

Yes. Your subscription is month-to-month. Cancel any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No penalties, no fine print.

During signup you authorize B2BTUBE via Google OAuth (read-only scopes). We pull your public channel metrics — subscriber count, view count, upload frequency, primary category — and refresh them periodically. We never post to your channel or access your private data.

Payments happen directly between you and the sponsoring business — off-platform, on your own terms. We never hold funds or intermediate the transaction. Negotiate your preferred method (wire, PayPal, Wise, etc.) directly in the thread.

Absolutely. You are under no obligation to accept any pitch. You can decline with one click, ignore, or counter with your own terms. Brands are instructed to treat a no-response as a soft no after 7 days.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of any charge if you haven't used the plan features (e.g. browsed channels, sent pitches). After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. Contact support@b2btube.app with your account email to request one.
